Terms of use
The simple agreement between you and KYNVO when you use the site. By creating an account you accept it.
Last updated: 2026-10-23 · KYNVO v4.39.1
Account
- One account per person, with your real name in English and a working email.
- Your member ID and QR code are personal: do not give them to anyone and never check in for someone else.
- You are responsible for your password. If you think someone got into your account, change it at once from "My profile".
- The owner may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms or the code of conduct.
Attendance and volunteer hours
- Volunteer hours come from QR-recorded attendance as a volunteer or organizer, and from teaching hours the owner approves.
- Any attempt to fake attendance (checking yourself in, using someone else's code, a fake session) loses hours and can suspend the account.
- The owner may start a new balance cycle; the old balance is archived, never lost.
- Certificates are issued by the site and verified by QR. An edited certificate is not recognised.
Content you upload
- What you upload (files, links, announcements, ratings, a word about KYNVO) must be yours to publish and suitable for school students.
- You give KYNVO the right to show it on the site and in its reports. You can ask for it to be removed at any time.
- No offensive or unlawful content, and no personal data of other people.
Limits of our responsibility
KYNVO is a volunteer student initiative. We do our best to keep the site running and the data intact, but outages or maintenance can happen. We recommend printing your certificate and keeping a copy.
Session content is given by volunteer peers and teachers; it complements your studies and is not a substitute for the official curriculum.
Changes to these terms
If we change the terms we will update the date above and post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
